The Story
Northwest Arkansas, through and through.
Darren Sewell — known behind the decks as DJ D. Sewell — is a Fayetteville-based DJ, content creator, music teacher and the founder of D. Sewell Presents, LLC. He's been a professional DJ for 16 years, with 15+ years in radio under his belt.
He holds a residency at Sooey on Dickson Street and serves as Entertainment Manager for Sooey & Shots. He's DJ'd every big venue in Northwest Arkansas — from the Walmart AMP to the Railyard to the Momentary — plus clubs, finish lines and ribbon cuttings all over the region.
Whether it's a packed Saturday night, a sunrise race start or a once-in-a-lifetime first dance, his job is the same — read the room, keep it moving and make sure everyone remembers how it felt.
